Pre-Register on GoToWebinar for $20:

Steve Jobs. Oprah Winfrey. Richard Branson. The executive with the corner office. What do all of these people have in common? They've found their mojo. Mojo is that much-sought-after sweet spot in a corporation's year or an individual's career where everything falls into place and success builds upon success. In this fast-paced webinar, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith will cover the highlights from his latest book, MOJO (Hyperion; February 2, 2010).

Goldsmith delivers game-changing insight, providing essential tips to finding your personal momentum that will foster a successful career and, ultimately, a balanced lifestyle.  MOJO is defined as that positive spirit toward – toward what we are doing – now – that starts on the inside – and radiates to the outside.  Dr. Goldsmith will describe the new world of work and show why MOJO is more important than ever before.  He will next discuss the interaction of happiness and meaning – at work and home – and share some amazing research from his MOJO Survey that was generated by thousands of respondents.  Marshall will share his ideas on how our MOJO is impacted by identity, achievement, reputation and acceptance.

By the end of the session, participants will learn practical tools to help them find more happiness and meaning – at work and home – and help the important people in their lives find more happiness and meaning.  These tools include:

- Four building blocks of Mojo: Identity, Achievement, Reputation, and Acceptance.

- The Mojo Toolkit: eleven specific actions that can help you attack the challenge of change.

- Simple exercises for improving your workplace behavior, attitude, and productivity level.

- Mojo killers and how to turn that negativity around.

- Eight arguments that occur at work and how to avoid them.

Finally, participants will be able to access a variety of computer applications that will enable them to measure their MOJO and to develop strategies to make it stronger!
